Product Marketing Manager
Blackhawk Network (BHN)
In my position as a PMM, I was the channel owner for SEO on Giftcards.com, the leading DTC e-commerce gift card brand.
From 2023 to 2024, I was tasked with developing and implementing the first earnest SEO efforts since the site was acquired in 2016. In 18 months, my strategy drove a 15% increase in organic search revenue. The optimizations across the site led 250+ product pages to rank for the first time with 50 ranked in the top 3.
During the 2024 holiday season, our DTC marketing team launched the first annual National Giftcard Week, raking in 53,000 sweepstakes participants and multiple seven figures in sales. Our SEO strategy landed us the #1 organic position for “gift card week” as well as multiple link placements within Google’s AI Overviews.
I also coordinated with the Sr. Director of E-commerce and Content Manager to launch a Chase Offer with a reach of 80 million credit card customers. This campaign posted a six-figure daily run rate from December 1-31 and an 1,100% ROI.
Above all, I had phenomenal colleagues who offered me many opportunities to learn and grow in my time at BHN.

Senior SEO Analyst

As a Senior SEO Analyst at OneCare Media, I drove qualified traffic to health vertical websites with over 15 million unique monthly visitors by identifying niche content opportunities, maintaining site health and finding unique ways to build links.
By using a BI dashboard, I was able to generate weekly reports for the C-suite that highlighted key performance indicators and trends, which improved their decision-making process for the business.

Prior to joining OneCare Media, I served as a Product and Content Marketing Manager at Wpromote, the largest independent marketing agency in the United States. During my time there, I managed over 10 client accounts and consistently increased traffic to their websites by up to 20,000 unique visitors per month.
Through on-page optimization and link building efforts, my work boosted revenue for clients by as much as 117% with the top client pulling in $1MM+ via organic searches.

Bookkeeper

My final stop before transitioning to the marketing industry was my role as a bookkeeper on the $2MM budget project, The New Americans: Gaming a Revolution (2023), where I was responsible for expense tracking, budget management and resource allocation for maximum impact on the project. I worked closely with the two senior production coordinators and various other crew members to ensure smooth operation during shoots.

Line Producer
All of a Sutton Productions » Little Drummer Boy
Prior to my SEO career, I stumbled upon the field while working in the entertainment industry in 2017. From 2020 to 2021, I was a line producer, aiding the director with managing a $20K budget on the independent film Little Drummer Boy (2021). During this project, I negotiated a $2MM general liability insurance policy which saved $6,000 (30% of gross budget) and coordinated COVID safety for 30 cast and crew members.
